Pensive Lady
I saw this 'pensive lady' image on my friend, Deborah's blog. It was part of shared image for a card/ATC challenge over at Art Creations Friday and I knew as soon as I saw it that I wanted to try a card with it. Isn't she beautiful?
This was a perfect image to go with a card I wanted to make for a friend of mine that's going through a bit of a hard time right now. I've never done a card like this before, using a printed image, but it was fun to step outside my comfort circle. I've actually played around with the image a bit using Photoshop, but I'm out of colour ink, so I'll have to get some more ink and then print it off again. So, you can expect to see another card using this gorgeous image in the future.
Thanks for stoppin' by! :)
