'Never Been Inked' Card Challenge
Our recent card challenge with our local group of stampers was to 'use a stamp that we have that we've never inked before.' None of us have any of those stamps, do we? Yeah, yeah, I know you all know what I mean! The ones that we 'had to have' and then never inked up! lol :)
So, I thought that we needed to have our challenge card done for tonight, but I just learned that apparently we decided on having it done for the Stampin' Up! party that I'm having here at my place in July. Oops, I guess I forgot! lol :) Tonight is just a fun night to get together and work on whatever we want. So, I'll share the one that I did make for now and I'll make another one for the challenge.
The stamp that I used is from a Hero Arts stamp set that I got late last year along with a bunch of other wonderful goodies from entering a card contest. I thought the set was really cute, but I had never ink it up yet, so here we go. The little flower petals reminded me of little paisley petals so I thought I'd pair it with my new Paisley Cuttlebug folder using a black and white theme for a simple elegance look.
Thanks for stoppin' by! :)
