Nacho Chicken Dip

We had a BBQ to attend tonight at one of Jim's work buddy's with a bunch of people from his Dept, so I thought I would take something...figured I should try to make a good impression as I didn't end up knowing any of them but one person! Anyway, it was a good night and the girls had a lot of fun running and playing outside. A few other littles arrived and they got to play the 'Mother' to the toddlers. lol :) Oh, my 'little Mothers,' they're so cute!

This is what I took and it went over very well. :)

Nacho Chicken Dip

3 Boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
1 can half-fat Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, lite, shredded
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, lite, shredded
1 tbsp. Southwest Chipotle seasoning

Cook the chicken and run it through the food processor until it's minced. Combine with cream of chicken soup, shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese and Southwest Chipotle seasoning. Heat in microwave until cheese is melted and serve with tortilla chips. Yummy! :)
